All orders are processed within [3–5] business days. Since many Cache Studios pieces are made or prepped to order, please allow this handling time before your item ships.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Domestic orders typically arrive within [5–7] business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during drops or peak periods.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship to [the United States / worldwide — pick one].
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked delivered but reported missing. If your tracking shows a problem, reach out at sl0gz@cachestu.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Every Cache Studios piece is created with care. Because many items are made to order or produced in limited quantities, we handle refunds and returns as follows:
All sales on grillz, custom pieces, and made-to-order items are final. These are produced specifically for you and can’t be resold or restocked.
For in-stock apparel and collectibles, returns are accepted within [7] days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email sl0gz@cachestu.com with your order number and reason. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse on final-sale items, incorrect sizing (please check sizing before ordering), or items damaged through normal wear.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within [3] days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days
Privacy Policy - the basics
Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy.
Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
What to include in the Privacy Policy
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
